10 out 10 .....this is amazing. So good that my husband and I ate the whole cake in one day!
I brushed it with bourbon as soon as it came out of the oven...really adds to the whole experience.
Serve warm with DQ ice milk....HEAVEN !

Just got this out of the oven, and it is dee-licious! I used white-wheat flour; that's what I generally keep around, and since I don't seem to own any cake pans for some reason I can't discern, I baked the pie in a glass casserole dish. I turned the heat back about 25 degrees to compensate. The crust on the outside was fabulous! Buttery brownness! Keep up the good work!

Oh yeah, this looks great. And so easy to make gluten free. Just sub in gluten free flour for the one cup of AP flour, add a 1/2 tsp of xanthan gum, and bingo, gluten free Peach Cake! Maybe it would be a bit lighter if the egg were separated and the egg white beaten before incorporating? Just a thought. Either way, looks like a winner.
