		<description>If you add some halved, tiny red potatoes, this looks exactly like the frittata I used to get every Sunday afternoon at Stingy Lulu&#039;s, back when a) it was open, b) it still had drag queens waiting tables and c) it had unlimited free cocktails with breakfast, which I suspect might be why they went out of business, serving drunks like my friends and I. But I never got to eat in my pajamas... I&#039;d like to start right now!</description>
