thanks yall! And yes, you can definitely 100% sub in some chocolate — I’d add a bit of raspberries even, to be adventurous — or maybe stick with the cinnamon and make them mexican chocolate-flavored. Ohh, the possibilities!

The cookies look fantastic. I have never tried dates on cookies, and the flavors you use to spice up your date paste sound amazing!
