lovely flavouring ideas! i used smoked salt to top my foccacia and am now thinking that smoked garlic added to the dough would have been good too…

Rivka your bread came out beautiful. So happy it worked so well for you. Did you do the purple potatoes in any bread? I do want to try that! Love the garlic clove idea, can’t imagine why I didn’t think to do that. It’s so obviously perfect!
