you're the third person to have issues with this tart! I don't get it; I served it at room temp, then ate leftovers out of the fridge, and both were phenomenal. Is it possible that your strawberries had more liquid than blueberries do? I would recommend two things: first, up the cornstarch to account for the extra liquid. Second, let the berries sit with their cornstarch and sugar for a while, and they'll start to emit juices. When you pile them into the tart, use a slotted spoon so the liquid gets left behind. Hopefully this will help.

I tried this last yesterday...but with strawberries. The crust is great, but once it gets slightly warm it's like glue! :)

The cornmeal crust sounds so wonderful. Surely a winning combination with blueberries. Just lovely overall!

I can hardly wait for fresh blueberries to try this luscious looking tart. Unfortunately, I don't have any frozen ones stashed away from last summer. I think we went through two full cases of them that we had put away. This year, more, more blueberries.
